Is it a oem rom, or was it modified by a tuner?

If its oem rom, the you can just upload it here. With luck someone has a definition or at least can tell you the rom id.

All evo 7 ecu i have seen (not all but about 6 differend), can be patched with the 90550001.

But becarefull with the immobilizer code. Just send yourself a copy of the orginal rom by email, its my favorie backup solution.
If you delete you immobilizer code, it gets difficult.

You just need the 98640014.xml

Copy it to your ecuflash directory Program files\OpenECU\EcuFlash\rommetadata\mitsubishi\evo

then open the hex file again, and it works.

Use this XML file, place in this directory, or where you have Ecuflash installed: C:\Program Files\OpenECU\EcuFlash\rommetadata\mitsubishi\evo

None of the attached files are that size unzipped. Can you email it?
