I would not go higher than 90% IDC.... at that point I would swap FP, get a Fuel Pressure Regulator and/or get bigger injectors.

To the OP... with the mods you have and boost level.... I would just get the FP and monitor IDC at high load. If you do not see a substantial drop in IDC.... get a set of bigger injectors.
