Ok, didnt know that. But what causes the boost error and wgdc of -64 through the rpm band?

ugh similar problem.

damn, hate to bring back old threads but I'm having a similar problem to this thread. Load error is frozen at 19.84375 throughout the pull and wgdc correction starts at -15.5 and climbs to 16 by redline. The weird part of it is that I have my tbec table zeroed out but I'm still getting WGDC correction. Anyone know why? I'm using evoscan 2.4

You're logging the wrong address or you don't have the correct rom mods if you are logging Load Error and WGDCc maxed each way. It's not actually doing that.

evoscan

you're probably right, my 2byte load wasn't working right to begin with. After doing the Mut table mods, the 2byte load number seems a lot more reasonable now.

I thought by using a newer version of ecuflash it should have all the right addresses programmed in already. I guess not. I'm using ecuflash 1.42 and evoscan 2.4 currently. Maybe I should go back to using my old patched ecuflash 1.30 and evoscan 2.0. Everything seemed to work correctly using those programs.

With Time...comes change. You'll eventually have to take that big step forward and you will usually step in a big pile of crap along the way lol. A little research now will get you on track and keep you current as things progress even further

differences

Well it's good to see that you guys are still on the evo forums.

When using my old version of ecuflash 1.30, I noticed some differences between the rom from my old evo ix and my new evo ix.

Old evo ix

Variable for boost control 6B42
Load error ram address 6EE2
Load error ram address in load error T... 6EE2
Mut8A 6EE3
Mut8B 6EE9

New evo ix
Variable for boost control 6B48
Load error ram address 69CA
Load error ram address in load error T.. 69CA
Mut8A 6ACD
Mut8B 6B41

Should I just change everything from the old evo ix to the new evo ix and flash it to the car?

differences

yes both are 88590015

My old evo had the full RRE tbe, cossie 272 cams, denso 660 injectors, fuel pump and the boost pill.

The new one only has a 2.75" downpipe and the grimmspeed 3 port. I'm trying to keep the new one as stock as possible. Only reason for changing the downpipe was to put the bung on for the wideband.

load error

load error in evoscan is set to mut 8A. I changed it from 6ACD to 6EE3 but it still doesn't seem to be logging correctly. What should it be set to in rom 88590015?
