Question Two evo9base xmls?????

Okay, I'm really confused. I just went into computer, c:drive, program files......etc. And I noticed that I have two evo9basexml files. The last time I modified this was when I started my Ecu based direct boost control project. I was half asleep the last time I looked at this thing and now I'm wondering if I screwed something up. Any suggestions? If I try to place a file of the same name in this folder would it try to replace it or rename it automatically? I'll post a screen shot of what I'm talking about.

Well here it is. Let me know what you think. I'm pretty sure there's only one.

The were included with the new version of ecuflash. Check your rom specific XML files to see which one is being included (it should be right at the top).

Do you mean my 88590015 xml file? If so I'll have to check when I get home. Everything is on my Laptop.

Bump for anyone else interested in this. I'll be checking what the other posters said. Hopefully I can figure out what I did. I'm just hoping I didn't add anything specifically to the second rom.

Yes, check in that xml file for the include statement near the top. Nothing is wrong. Remember the first page of the good book...

Thanks again for your help. You and John Bradley were right. I checked it last night and it stated that the "evo9basexml_2008530" was implemented. I actually tried something different before I did that. I took that xml out if it's folder and threw it onto my desktop and then fired up Ecuflash. I then tried to pull up a ROM and in the log window to the right it said that it couldn't find "evo9basexml_2008530" so I knew right there that you guys were right.
