This thread makes me look forward to when I can finally have my acd tc swapped for a non-acd tc and get rid of this garbage......seems more of a pain than acd is even worth.

+1
I have the same issue as jcsbanks on my IX . I have reworked my openport 1.3M cable as decribed by Hamish and in Barryc post above but it doesn't work : no actuator activation & when logging the AYC ecu , Evoscan connect to the ecu but the data's are wrong (always $FF) .

would really appreciate confirmation that the limitless cable works OK before ordering one

I have build my own bleeder circuit.

I remove the Pump Relay in the engine bay and place a relay in the contacts which I can switch on with a switch. I have 3 additional switches (One two-way switch) that supply the 4 solonoids with 12V an let the fluid flow.
Additionally I measure the voltage of the pump so that not to much pressure will build (1.4 Volt is the shut off Voltage)

I disconnect the 8 Pin connector at the pump and plug the lines from my circuit to the pins in the connector that goes to the pump. For this pin connectors I use the female contacts from a standard PC 12V, 5V connector.

This works fine for me and I have change my pump 6 times now ( 2 new pumps was leaky)

Just use 2 people and bleed it the manual way.

One person under the car working the bleeder, on in the car working the ignition key and the gas pedal.

Turn on the car but not start it. Open the bleeder. Floor the gas. You will hear the pump kick on for about 3 seconds. Close the bleeder. Shut off the car.

Rinse and repeat about 6-8 times.

Bleeding the ACD is EASY.

Yeah, I know it said AYC...but do you really bleed the yaw control ? ? ? HUH ?

another way exist, i try on my EDM IX and it work

1. open Evoscan
2. select ECU - AYC
3. check all boxes in the "item to datalog", exept "ABS monitor"
4. click on the "Start Datalogger"

AYC pump will start and working, until click on "Stop Datalogger"
