Something odd happened in that log at sample 47.

Time takes a 2 second jump...

I'd get another log and see if it does it again.

Ok, this is really starting to irritate me. I put the stock maf back on, and the results were the same. everything Ive checked, wastegate, boost controller, maf and translator, compression, and boost leak test. Does anyone have any suggestions at all?

my maf hz are very low for a 35r so something is going on but I just dont know what.

Does anyone have a stock 94170015 they can email me. Im seriously trying everything I can think of right now.

I know you mentioned it is producing 26-27 lbs through the rev range but it sounds like it is the wastegate hanging open or blowing open prematurely. I wouldn't be looking at tuning since the only thing that changed was the motor build. I would look at the turbo itself or a leak pre-turbine that wouldn't show on a boost leak test.

I have checked all of that overreally well. I even took the wastegate apart and checked the diaphram.

Well The timing was off, by a few teeth. I have no idea how it jumped but i fixed it. I went to take it for a test drive and got pulled over before I even got to test it out, It drives smoother tho so im sure it took care of the problem. Thanks for helping out everyone!

Well i just did a pull on 25 psi and and my airflow is 2450 HZ seems a little better and it pulls harder. But im only hitting 280 load and it still drops of slightly but not nearly as bad.

compare your old logs to new at the same boost level and make sure you really have a problem at this point.

Ah that's a shame i was hoping rising intake temps would explain the drop off in load.

This was said before, but load mirrors the torque curve, not the hp curve, and therefore it will decrease after the torque peak. Airflow in Hz mirrors the hp curve.
