Tuning issues

Okay, I am having some other issues and I have decided to post it here in a new thread since it isn't related to the fuel pump issue I had.

94 Octane, Ported Ex Mani, o2 Housing, LICP, Open Amsoil Filter, TBE no cat, Hallman MBC

I don't really know how to explain it but here is a copy of the log.

I know I need to fix the AFR's as this was the first AFR change I made since having AFR's in the 10's.

What would cause the load to go so low? Is it that I don't have scaling above 300? I understand that I should not be over 300 on the mods I have and I will be doing a boost leak test shortly, but was curious what would cause the log above.

you are hitting different areas of your maps as you change the fueling.

Do you have a wideband O2 sensor? If not, do not pass go, buy a WB.

Yea, I understand I am hitting different parts of my map, but why did it go to 3.6, 8.4, and 4.8?

The afr values are from my WBo2.

Columns are as follows:
TPS RPM Timing JDMMap Load WBo2 Knock

I would add a 320 scaling and give it another try.

I will look at doing that since I am just going over 300 right now until I can figure out why I am hitting that high of a load column.

Do you have full length log? Like from 2,500-7,000rpm?

what type of load is that you're logging...load calc, 2byte load, or tephra's patched 1byte load?

It is 1 Byte load. I tried posting up a log but the file was too big. I will cut it down some since there are so many data points.

I rescaled the map to add 320 load in and did a quick log today and got the same wierd issue around the same RPM point. Any other ideas on what would cause the load to drop like that consistently run after run? It is way too lean and really throwing off the ability to tune the car with a nice smooth AFR curve.

Here is a log I did today. I was only able to go to 6000rpm's because I blew a IC coupler and had to limp it home.

Bump. Have any of the tuners like Razorlab, Mellon, Ivey or anyone else seen this kind of drop in load?

you need to change the 2byte to 1byte load factor in your tephra mods to something higher like 1.3 and also do the same for your evoscan formula. I think its set to 1.2 by default which can only read a maximum load of 306. Changing to 1.3 allows you to log up to ~332
