"Correct" Idle MAF Hz

Hey guys. I've been doing alot of reading, note taking and logging latley in an effort to really learn how to perfect scaling and latency adjustments of injectors and MAF scaling. Now i've read many times that the ETS intake pipe throws off MAF Hz readings and people have swapped the units out due to this. Earlier today I did a total of 4 idle logs each lasting 20min in an effort to correctly dial in my larger injectors, and in every log the MAF Hz reading is dead on 31.25 the entire time. Now I know it's reading correctly because afterwards I did additional logs with different RPM's and the Hz always changed with the change in throttle. My question is are these Hz readings correct for idle conditions? I only ask because I currently run an ETS intake kit which I've read to be problematic. Sorry for the ramble, just wanted to be specific. Thanks

Well.... is it being problematic? If not, don't waste your time.

I think I idle between 25-31hz with my cut OE airbox and OE pipe.

It's not being problematic, but I just wanted to know if that was in the acceptable range. I never got a idle Hz reading with my stock intake tube and was unsure if I needed to mess around with it... but I guess I'm in pretty good shape based on your #'s with your stock stuff even though you do have cams. Thanks

Sounds like you have everything dialed in pretty well. I wouldn't mess with them any more. Time to start doing your fuel and timing maps for a bit more power.
