It takes a lot more time to tune with LS on. You have to do a ton of pulls and tweekeing until you get it consistant from pull to pull.
Tune it just as you would with LS off. Shoot for the same AFRs. Just be aware that your Fuel table will never match your actual AFRs.
As for the question about being a full point leaner if you are tuned without LS......the statement is correct. You will be about 1 full point leaner with LS on.

Factory lean spool values will make a car tuned for 11.5:1 AFRs in the main table run almost 13:1 on initial onset of higher loads.
I would recommend against tuning the car with lean spool disabled and then turning it on without adjusting the target AFR table to more conservative values. This is a sure fire way to at the very least **** off the knock sensor.
