im thinking of getting one of these but i need to know if it will work with evoscan.also would like some feedback if you have/had one.

 

It could, but the plx r-500 has it's own data logging;

... and the only way I've been able to find a plx to work is through the rear O2.
If you are just looking for simple plx wideband maybe try the sm-afr. It has a 0-5 volt output that can be fed into the rear O2 signal. I just put one in two days ago and the only problem I've had is that it trips a check engine light for the O2 voltage being high. So far it is working just fine with evoscan version 2.0
