Evoscan: Diagonostic Trouble Code: o2 level 19.9%

When I log with evoscan the Diagonostic Trouble Code (DTC) box on the lower right shows, "o2 level 19.9%". I have searched but I can not find any information about why it shows this. Please share any information. Thanks

I have this same reading. I know it isn't a DTC but I'm wondering what the percentage represents.....
