So I took my MBC off today he he!!

Yes thats right! I took my MBC off today and wired the wastegate shut......

2004 GSR
MODS: 9 turbo
intake
exhaust
ModularTurbo Mini Batt (Tamer@4wslide is my dealer for these)
everthing else bone stock
350 2 byte load!!!!!!!! EVOscan says 380HP and 370 TQ

The car hit 30+ psi (my gauge only reads to 30psi) and pulled like a freight train!!
I had 112 leaded race gas (no mixing straight up) in the car. I set EVOscan to yell at me if knock exceeded 3 counts. 3 pulls and I had it nailed down 12.1 afr till 7600 then gradually becomes 11.7 ZERO knock!!!!!!!!
The car only hits that 34psi (guesstimate) from a roll in third ROFL.

When I ran a 1st thru 3rd it only peaked 324 load.

I am going to the track tomorrow if it doesn't rain and I'm hoping for a new best. The last time I went I ran 7.60's@89.9 That was with 30psi peak, race gas, and power shifting.

I'm hoping that with the wastegate slammed shut I can hold some more boost up top. Also I am ramping up timing like crazy in the higher rpm ranges to keep the power from falling off.

I have a set of Kelford 280's and BC springs/ Ti retainers to put in, but I wanted to absolutely max out the stock setup first.

My stock clutch is most definetly the weak point in the car right and I'm praying that it will hold for at least 3 launches. ( I have an Exedy twin in the store room)

Well what do you think of the maps?

cells 180-300 load between 300-4500 rpm are way rich? whats ur WB reading there?

so 380/370 at peak, a couple questions:

whats ur HP/TQ at redline? and whats ur boost at these points?

If you maximize traction you mph will come down

I went 7.48@91.4 last friday, they prepped the track for us so I didn't have to lower tire pressure. I'm sure the mph went up due to more pressure and less drag in the tires. oh and the crazy boost too. LOL

Of course. Search, there are a bunch of threads about it, but I personally like the effect it has on AFRs through the various gears.

I will definitely look into maybe turning off lean spool.

On another note I think I discovered the limits of the stock ignition system LOL.
112 leaded is hard to ignite at high boost levels!
