ok so i hope this is an ok area to post this question.

I posted this on Inovates forum as well but i feel that noone is really going to see it there.

So ill paste the exact post right below. but long story short im looking for the drivers for the LC-1 to work with XP. I have lost the disc that originally came with my LC-1 and my computer is not recognizing the device.

Heres the post

"So ive had the LC-1 for about two years now. Ive used it quite a bit.

I had stored my car in the garage for about 6 months and since then i have reformated my computer. So i am trying to do a little fine tuning of my fuel tables and of course im trying to log wide band AFR with my LC-1.

My laptop doesnt recognize the usb device when i plug the LC-1 in. I remember the lc-1 originally came with a cd with some drivers. anyone know where i might be able to find these drivers again?

I know its not the serial to usb adapter becasue i have used this setup just like this for quite some time and never had a problem. Although i do remember logworks 2 working much better then logworks 3. Any ideas were i can find the old version?.

I actually just go off the phone with Innovate and the tech support gut was very helpful.

We came to the conclusion very quickly that it is searching for drivers for my serial to usb adapter. This makes perfect sense and I cant beleive that i didnt think of this.

So I havent tried it yet but im sure this will fix my issue.

And Deepnine thank soooo much for the link to logworks 2. how did you find it. i feel their website was somewhat weak and all I found was a picture of Logworks3 that connected me to a download link.

Anyway thanks a bunch becasue Logworks 2 included OpenPort 1.3 support and plugins. verison 3 does not.
