Hi Guys-
I purchased a Dynex Cable model number DX-UBDB9 from Best Buy.. The drivers that it came with are for "Vista," but I knew that the x64 is a lot trickier to deal with.. so I looked for an updated version of the driver that would be compatible with x64 and I found one . Here is the thing, I plug in the cable and it has to install the driver each time.. then it claims that the device is "ready to use and installed right," but then I check the device manager and it has a yellow flag by it and says that i is not working correctly.. so I try to "reinstall" the drivers from there and it does not install them.. Can some one PLEASE help or recommend a cable that will work with the vista x64 for sure? I need this to be able to log wideband for the lc1 in evoscan.
Thanks so much!!
UPDATE: i solved the problem!

Sounds good, if I cannot figure it out.. I might go this route.. I just figured some one would have vista x64 and a cable that actually works with it or the same cable I have and a way around the issues. thanks
I have x64 vista and I loaded a driver I got off the internet after I couldnt get the driver that came with the cable to work.....mine works fine.
I am sure you want to know where I got it......I spent a while on the google searching till I found a driver, let me see if I cant re-dig this up.
