Evo Scan connection issue..

When I try and connect the Evo Scan to my car, it says "link connected" then "link dissconected" and shows me an error that it cant open Com port 1 access denied..Despite my laptop showing Com1 is available..

I think it is a lap top issue...What do my com port settings need to be?

You need to post a little bit more about your setup. What cable are you using.. does the laptop have the right drivers installed? What evoscan are you using... (what version)? help us help you... and someone may chime in with a quick answer.
