Success w/ 94170015 fixed a couple issues; driveability + knock
I was having issues with tip in knock, horrendous driveability part throttle and/or low speed take offs. What I did, and this is what worked for me(if your car blows up, then that's your problem
) just sharing my success:
1. changed my 94170015rom xml + evo7 base to a more condensed cleaned up version.(search for the roms)
2.Disabled the EGR the best suggested way(mrfred)

3. Boost Enhancement Enrich/Enlean = changed all values to 14.70

4. Boost Enhancement Adv/Ret Map 2 = changed all values to 0

This all resulted in great driveability, the car drives the same with the A/C on or off in low load/rpms.
Just some additional information: My car has the Evap, Egr, FPR solenoids removed and disabled. I also have the Tephra V5.10 mods, P0300 fix thanks to mrfred

Teph - search for a thread started by kraka titled "disabling egr and fuel pressure solenoids" should be on page 9 or 10
nedi - how many boostenhancement tables do you have?

I tested the new way EGR disable and discovered that you would still need to zero out the table to get the best benefits. There must be some code calling out the table somewhere that the new method does not touch.
It is easy enought to just zero out the tables and disable with the new method. BAM no more idle issues.
IT WORKS ! !
I am curious to the address for the fuel table above. My Boost Enhancement tables are both for timing only. Please pose the address.
Thanks.

If it is, there's no way that's a fuel table, looking at how the code is referenced.

now that you mention it, I recall that conversation.
I have the "Base low engine temp trim" table with 3ff5 as the address, but my "Boost enhancement adv/ret map 1" has 3ce5 as the address. Both of which are scaled as timing....not fuel.
HMMMM Now I am curious as to exactly which one is correct and if these could be the cause of cold idle issues.
