Sounds like an excel issue, I opened the log just fine.
As to the OP, its either been flashed or you fuel pump is dieing... your air fuels are way too lean for stock.

I've seen a std ralliart map run this lean before.
Running lean could be caused by a change in induction?

.....is this log of the first run you did?.........it will get richer after a few runs.

map looks exactly like other RA roms....
i cannot open your logs but from others are saying its a fuel problem. check your pump (walbros are to cheap not to have one), your fuel lines, fuel filter (not sure if your evo has one) and then your injectors.

What injectors does it have and scaling?
That fuel map looks like any other stock fuel map which usually run pretty which... i dont think TBE and manifold would change it that much.

....when I first flashed mine with the standard ra map (apexi induction) it was still in the low 13's up top
a friends car was similar too.
agreed on the tps......maybe that is altering the load reading???
