Help-keep getting error message intermittently when trying to connect Ecuflash to ecu

Intermittenlty I keep getting this error message when trying to connect to the ecu. Sometimes it will work for a couple tries then it will just stop working. Usually to fix the issue I delete it and download it alll over again, but its getting on my nerves to have to do that every couple of days. please help if you can...

fyi, im using Tephra's V7

Charge your battery more (or start to flash / read after the car has been running for a few minutes... or hook up to a battery charger while you are flashing).

Seriously though, this question has probably been answered about once a week lately.
