which reflash+tune?

Since I'm on a budget I'm trying to figure out which flash and tune to go with. Seeing that I'm located in IL I was thinking about going with the AMS flash and custom tune or the devo flash street tune. So my question is how much is the AMS custome flash+tune (I don't see it on there website). And if I were to go with the devo flash and street tune, can it still be dyno tuned? Below is the link to the devo flash:

http://devotuning.com/store/index.ph...products_id=64

As far as mods go...fp green, ams tbe, ams fmic, injen licp/uicp/intake, wastegate actuator, 02 housing, 255 fp, and br ported e/m...I want it tuned for 93 pump gas as well. In the future I'll probably go with some kelford 272's...and no, none of these parts are in my car yet, I'm waiting till spring...they are just sitting in my basement.

Mellon is the tune I will be going with due to the Subscription to Services and his rep with the EVO and VR4 platform.

http://www.mellontuning.com/

Do a Search for Mellon or Checkout his Vids online and you will soon understand why so many people choose to go with Mellon.
