Tuning out throttle hang and bov flutter with SD

Is it possible yet, or has it been done? I read through the throttle hang thread, and I didn't see any conclusive answers, but I'm having both problems and I'd like to fix them some day in the near future.

Please bear with me, I'm still learning :-) oh and I apologize to anyone who thought I had the answer, the title implies that it's here lol.

Had throttle hang since day 1 however something I have noticed is that I can usually tell when it's going to happen. In first gear if I press the gas pedal just right, say 30%, it's almost like I can feel the car "take control" of the pedal. I completely take my foot off the gas and the car will rev up sometimes from 3k rpm's to 6k+ rpm's and no, I'm not kidding. I can almost always reproduce it in first gear, that's the worst. It feels like cruise control is taking over and trying to get the car to maintain speed like when you slow then then "resume" and it speeds back up on its own. It's very weird but I can feel it because my foot pressure is steady but the pedal drops and drops. I either have to get full on it in first or shift very quickly from first to second to keep it from happening. My Evo is posessed I guess

I didn't mean to create another thread specifically for throttle hang, this was more for the relation to throttle hang and bov flutter. I was curious if they were related in some way. It would seem to me that if the ISV was opening and closing even after you let off of the accelerator, it would cause odd vacuum in the bov chamber, possibly causing it to flutter instead of doing a clean vent.

FORSAKEN, did this start after the tune the other day, immediately or was there any amount of time between? I didnt remember it doing it on the dyno. I have somewhat a cure for throttle hang in general by altering the ISCV table. If you can come to the dyno day this weekend I will try it and see if it helps

It did it pre-tune, causing some of my high rpm gear lockout. The tune just exacerbated it. Now it'll hang sometimes and rpm climb others causing severe lockout.

Oddly it didn't do it at all on the dyno, and I didn't really get on it until I was half way home. That's when I noticed.

not uncommon for the cold air bypass to fail. remember they have the isc motor and the built it wax stat bypass unit. if the isc motor is good then the wax stat will be bypassing the extra air causing the flare in revs

Forsaken keep me updated, that's exactly what mine does. This isn't really "hang"...this is the car wanting to go with your foot off the gas. Like I mentioned, I can tell when it's going to do it because my constant 20% on throttle turns into the car taking over the pedal, it's like Carrie, I **** you not. It generally goes away after 2-3 seconds once I let off the gas but for that 2-3 seconds it is not fun, I keep having to cuss out my car. If JB fixed your issue please let me know, I'd love to have him look at my tune...
