94170008 rom with 399 maf and non evo turbo lancer idle issues

did the evo ecu swap on thursday and i can not get my car to idle. i think i have tried everything but there has got to be something im missing.

when i was running the stock lancer ecu with the 501 eclipse maf it idled normal when it got warmed up.

swapped in the evo ecu with the 399 maf and now it wont idle and im sitting always below 11.5afr at idle. i have upped and lowered injector size with no result in keeping the car idling or running well for that matter of fact, and same thing with the latencies.

kept the 399 maf in and gave it all the base 501 maf scalings (telling the ecu that the maf is smaller) and it idled a bit better but not where it needs to be in boost.

the 399 maf runs awesome just no idle.

any ideas?

What displacement is the OZ? If it is a 2.4, multiply Maf size by 2 and divide by 2.4.

same as the evo, 2.0L its just a SOHC instead of a DOHC like the evo is.
