ok another quick question. When tuning what is recommended the first map to tune or what is the recommended route to take? Most ppl always say start with fueling then attack the ignition map. What you tuning guru's would suggest and why if you don't mind me asking.

Just about all of your answers can be found there as far as the tuning route.

post your TPS readings, your TPS needs adjustment or the sensor is faulty.

Ok. here is some logfiles i datalogged recently. I am not sure what is going with my TPS. I double and tripple checked it and all seems fine, but the TPS is reading 70%. The car is running stock boost with the below mods:

3" turbo back exhaust
gizzmo boost controller (stock Boost for now)
AEM wideband
Autometer Phantom EGT
550 cc injectors
E7 ecu ( flashed with Tephra v5.10)

everything else is basically stock. Looking to hopefully run at least 20 psi with good tuning. Tell me what you guys think, any and all suggestions will be welcomes. The datalogs are just to see how the engine is behaving.

Thanks in advance

Check your TPS brother. if it's not reading the proper voltage then it's not placed properly. .5volts with the car off and 4.5 at WOT. i had the same problem mine was only reading 94% at WOT played with the sensor a tad and BAM! G2G!

ok what i will do is to fiddle with it a lil bit lata and see what will happen. What exactly did you do to solve your problem? Was it stuck physically? How can i test to make sure that i getting the correct voltage from the TPS?

No i used a multimeter to measure the voltage. if you loosen the TPS just a tad it will be able to rotate towards the passenger and back to the driver side of the car. what you'll do is take the multimeter and stick the positive post in where the wire goes into the tps to get a reading ground the other side. and turn until it reads .5 volts you'll get it man you'll see what i'm talking about when you do it.

ok i just checked my TPS i put a meter on it with the power turned to on and with the TPS closed i got a reading of .652v and when it is fully opened i get a reading of 5.00v. so it seems like my TPS is functioning properly. Any other advise on what to check?

move it just a tad to bring the .65 down just a tad i know it's close but could make a difference....if not it could be the TPS itself. it could also be your throttle cable position maybe. other than those two things i don't know what else would have anything to do with throttle position you know.
