Awesome, have 2 byte load working now. Will do an 11psi run tonight and see how it goes. No point doing any higher until I get it sorted. So others can find it with the search function, the rom is 89970010.

Before you do another log
Up the fuel pressure to ~43psi on idle with a/c on (2.7bar is too low, stock 440cc inj scaling is for 2.9bar)
Reset the LTFT by ecu reset or a flash

Ok, already did a log late last night with increased timing, back to stock and hit knock at 6500rpm. No one counts of knock lower in the rpm range and alot better acceleration. I didn't get a chance to do another run with more boost. A busy night tonight, but will try and find some time to increase the fuel pressure and do another run or 2.

This log looks like u r on track, need to either lower timing or add more fuel after 6000rpm
As you go higher boost, RON95 will give you more problem
Stock injectors are only good/safe for 1.2bar up top at ~90%IDC
I use those cheap hand-me-down evo7 560cc

You have to run the evo intake manifold to use those injectors don't you? I've been given the scaling etc for STI 565cc injectors, which fit straight in.

Before work I increased the fuel presure and reflashed the ecu, but didn't have enough time to do a run. I'll drop the timing up top and see what happens.

Looks pretty good. With your upgraded IC i think you would be ok to run a flat 11:1 AFR. I would back down peak timing though about 2 degree's or so, that should fix your knock.

Went down on timing, a few knocks lower in the load which I had a perfect run previous time, so not sure there. Good up top thou. Upped the boost to 12psi and that run was clean.

Will wait till I get the new exhaust before I do much more.

I got the 3" TBE in today, abit louder than I was hoping, but I can live with it.

Did some logging and straight off it felt like a different car, not being strangled by the small exhaust. Boost jumped up 1.5psi just with the exhaust. I've got boost up to 16psi with 1-2 counts of knock which I can fix pretty easily. After that I'll lean it out abit as its 10.2:1 and then I might have enough in the injectors to get to 17psi. Airtreks I think are 450cc.

Sounds like STI Pink 560cc injectors are a straight fit, from what I can tell Evo ones are too long for the Airtrek setup. Can someone confirm this?

Just a quick question, are you doing multiple pulls (3 at least) to confirm the knock you are getting? Every once and a while I will get 1-2 counts of knock on tip in, or when I start spooling.

I did a whole pile of runs, upping the boost alittle each time, but haven't done 2 exactly the same yet. Will be doing some more today and will be doing multiple runs.

I'm getting abit frustrated now. Did a few runs, the pulls looked good, so gave the car some gas out of an intersection and massive knock. Any suggestions?

Ok sorry to nit pick but please for the love of god!!! Rearrange the way you log items to evo scan so they aren't spread over 50+ columns! Put them all together and quit logging stuff that you don't need to worry about, like baro, all your fuel trims, and accell enrich.

Next I dont see a reason to run so rich. Target 11:1 Afr and work your timing around it. The knock looks like some part throttle related as you were coming off you went into a load cell with some weird timing.

Again fix the way you log things so I can actually read them a little better.
