Good work! Hopefully this will get a few more guys interested in the definitions.

Did we ever confirm whether or not the ACD ECUs were the same between years of the VIII / IX? If we need an example from a USDM IX I may be able to install an OP2.0 in my car and try to pull it down.

It's connected directly to the K-line, along with the main and SRS ECUs; just a different init code.

Does anyone know if EvoScan's AYC logging works correctly for the ACD also?

I think it is the same ECU, one fluid reservoir in the trunk with two hydraulic systems (ACD and AYC) with the specific pumps.....

very good work guys as ceddy has said though the processor used seems to be the 7203FA which is in some JDM evo 6s and cant be flashed at present im not sure if colby has found a fix for this yet.

I have never been able to get it to work in my ECU. I believe I have read a few places that the g force logging does not work for USDM cars (but I cannot confirm this). Kinda sucks, that was the whole reason I "upgraded" to the EvoScan cable!

If anyone has any trouble, let me know and I can help you out. All the H8 ECUs I have here work fine, but I have heard of some trouble in Europe and Japan, but no one ever seems to send me the ECU so I can have a look and see what the problems may be.

Started DisAsm:

The MUT table is unusual, as it has the RequestID and Memory Locations.
Other MUT tables get the RequestId from the axis.

Now that I can cross reference the MUT table, I can get some maps, should have a update tomorrow.

Could someone with a Evo8 log the ACD with EvoScan and see if the readings look correct?
Specifically the wheel sensors.

from what i have gathered when going into write mode the ecu seems to shut down or go into sleep mode making it useless.if you need an ecu thats been bricked i can try source one to send it to you.but as far as i know none of the 7203FA processors have been sucessfully reflashed over here.

Some of the maps.

Really need a ACD log to go any further.

I'd try to get you a log if my car was running.

You referred to a MUT table above; so, the comm protocol is basically MUT-like then?

I'm tempted to bring the SRS ECU from my 2g to the bench and see if I can do anything useful with it.
