hey whats up guys after trying to tune my evo today me and the tuner came across an issue...the car is turning up check engine light crankshaft sensor is no good, plus when we were doing pulls in 3rd(street tune) at first the car would choke up between 2.5k to 3.2k and then would be just fine, the wierd part about it is after doing lil resarch everything i came across was that everyone said that if sensor is bad the car doesnt start...so after talking to another mechanic by accident, he sugested that might be ignition problem....if you guys got any ideas please let me know...

Correct, if it was the CKP it would not start.

I assume your plugs are new, or fairly new since you were going to tune your car?
