Alright so im getting fuel cut( i believe) right around 5300rpm in 4th gear. I can do 1st, 2nd, an 3rd fine. The afr will just shoot up to 18.4(as high as the aem reads). The idc are 74% at the highest. The car will pull great up to that point no knock, mid 11's afr, then just bam its like hitting a wall. The car just spikes afr, its like hitting a limiter of some sort, as it always happens right about 100mph. I have some logs i can send anyone that can help out

whats load are you hitting and what is you boost/fuel cut set to?

 

Is this on your Evo?? or Eclipse? And since we are talking about a speed of 100MPH, I am sure you are talking about this speeds on a track, correct?? I'm not going to give you advice, and you go out there and keep trying to "Fix it", and end up killing you or someone else. That said, what car, what mods?

 

load where it cuts at is 230~, boost cut is maxed at 319.

Its at a track, where talking 1/4mile. I should be trapping 115+mph, but i cant finish 4th gear and have to go to 5th or just coast the rest of the track. Eclipse with a evo8 ecu, NOT a evo rom on a eclipse ecu

so i went over the logs and it happens at 99.419mph and 5390rpm every time. Also i can go to 5th gear and keeping going past 100mph.

My friend thinks it might be the fuel pump(stock evo8). But why would it happen at the exact same rpm every time?

 

what is fuel cut load trigger delay? I just did fuel cut loadx2 to make sure its not that. But it says in the thread to mod the trigger delay to your needs.

 

whats the ecu are you using

Check the "speed limiter" table. Maybe thats your problem.

 

aready went over that, speed limit is set to 1000km/h. Besides i can go over 100mph in 5th gear. I did the fuel cut load x2, didnt help. Is there anyway to delete the fuel cut/boost cut?
