First time tuning, need advice on my Fuel Map

Hello everyone, I'm almost done with all the bolt ons on my Evo. I decided to learn how to tune on my own. Been reading for months and I think it is time to pull the trigger and just start tuning.

I know that fuel should be done last, but after doing couple WOT pulls my car is running WAY too Lean. So for now I will have to start with fuel.

The mods on the Evo IX are: FMIC and short piping, ported/coated exhaust mani, o2, hotside, full TBE exhaust, 780 PTE injectors scaled down to 696, full perrin intake, ECU Boost with gm 3 port, all of this will be on pump 93.

Here is my current log:

My goal is (please let me know if it should be changed) :
RPM AFR
2k 12.5
2.5k 12.2
3k 11.8
3.5k 11.5
4k 11.5
4.5k 11.5
5k 11.5
5.5k 11.4
6k 11.3
6.5k 11.2
7k 11.0
7.5k 11.0

Old Map on the top. My new map that I created is at the bottom:

Any advice would be great

Here is how I tuned my a/f ratio. Log is timing, afr, load, rpm. I don't log boost, but it is set to 24psi tapering to 19-20.

I'm currently tuning my car from scratch and facing the same problem. I'm on a Evo IX running a stock engine, FP Green, Kelford 272, FIC 1,050 (scaled to 1,008) and running on pump 93.

I just realized that my lean spool enabled RPM is set to 3500 and I lowered it to 2500. After the change, I found my AFR running at a much lower level than before I change the Lean Spool Enabled RPM. I lowered it as I wanted to keep the turbo spooling.

Can anyone tell me what went wrong?
