TPS is good, and the IAC works fine also.
Wouldn't this be it? If it is bleeding off air at idle, esp 50mm of it, it would be reading wicked rich and trying to pull a ton of fuel. If you take the vacuum line of the BOV and plug it with your finger does it idle better/fuel trims change?

Turco, I am almost positive that it is the BOV spring. However it is not my car, we will try messing with it again this weekend and see what happens... I also need to do a boost leak test on the car.

Paul I reset the battery, I flashed once with all stock V7 settings and still jacked. Like I said the motor has stock cames and injectors... there should be no reason a base V7 flash doesn't work.

You are right.....it should be working. How long did you let it run after you loaded the v7 versions????

It could be that the v7 versions, because of different addresses, need to re-learn their LTFTs.

Once up to 15 minutes, it started to idle better but like I said fuel trims were maxed out.

They will be maxed out util the trims are learned. I would go for about a 25-30 minute drive with lots of cruising stop and go.

Give the ECU a chance to re-learn the trims. It takes a little time.

When I switched to V7 it didn't take any time to learn the trims like this car is doing. I need to take a better look at what exactly is wired into the car... That bish may have a MAF-t wired in under the dash for all I know...

I didn't do any 'hacks' with 9653 to work on my 05.

I have only ever used 9653 on 05s. I always used 9417 on 03/04s, i didnt think you could use 9417 on 05s until Evo_kid did some testing.

Interesting. 9653 was pretty much "plug and play" on my 05 and a couple others I have done. No "hacks" or whatever you guys are calling it.

Aight talked to my buddy, for some reason the car is equipped with a MAF-t pro... I know nothing about these except that people ran them on DSMs and some evos for a blow through GM MAF SD setup... Why someone has one on a MAF based car is beyond me... he says that is his boost reference and uses it for map switching...
