Front O2 Sensor specs or universal ?
Front O2 Sensor specs or universal ?
My front O2 sensor threads are all screwed up. I'd like to replace the O2 sensor and am wondering if anyone on here knows of a universal sensor that could be used for the front sensor. There is a recent how to that references a Bosch 15730, but no confirmation of it working.
Any guidance ? I'd hate to spend ~$300 when one can be found for $50. TIA!

Any four wire 12V 6-8 Ohm will do e.g. LS07 - Bosch #0258986507, US # 15729

O2
Search for Rock auto, I can't remember exact name but I bought a direct replacement for less than 90 dollars shipped for a front O2 for an IX. Roc Auto is on ebay, no need to spend 300 when you can get the same thing for 90. Plug in, no wire splicing needed. I bought sensor less then six months ago.
The OEM sensor is a Denso - I found the part number 234-4741 for the front O2 replacement on there website.
U can get it anywhere from like 60-100.00 online FYI - its all plug/play.

just another option
