Soon as I go 100% on the 2 step the knock goes through the roof at 20-25 counts of knock, causing real crappy launches. The timing values in the 100-140 load are 12* (where it was on my prior tune and worked great) Rest of the tune is knock free and pulls hard. What the hell is causing it? Seems like it started when I installed this QM clutch

 

What's your AFR while 2 step?

 

did it work without knock before. also if u just mash the pedal to 100% throttle it knocks.. gently press the throttle to bring up 100% throttle.
