EvoScan 2.6+7 Help with Tactrix Cable

Hey Guys,

I have been using my mates cable for a while to log and flash my car and all has been good.

I bought my own and got it a week or 2 ago, i can flash the car no worries but when i try to log it logs for maybe 10 seconds then stops and says USB Cable Not Responding in EvoScan.

I tried uninstalling reinstalling to no avail.

Tonight i tried a completely new laptop installed ECUFlash for the drivers the Evoscan 2.7, same issue happens on the second laptop WTF

Could it be a dud Tactrix unit?

Forgot to mention i can clear and see DTC's with this same cable, got me stuffed whats going on

Windows 7 on both of the lappys i tried, sorry i thought i added that in.

Oh there both 32bit versions also

Last night it logged the car fine, it logged for about 1 min then i stopped, usually it logs for about 10 seconds if im lucky and it will stop and say USB Cable Not Responding, but not the usual windows not responding message its a message within EvoScan
