when tuning WOT i use TPS (to know when i floor it), rpm, knock, afr, timing, load . i only use idc and ipw when i turn up the boost to make sure im not on the edge of the limits of the injectors.
map tracer for evoscan 2.6 would like load calc logged to display a trace. but since its limited to i think 160 load? then you need 2byte or 1byte load to read higher

Pm ceddy . He specializes in the older ecus so may be he can whip up a code for you of basic mods. So far I've searched and can't find any disassemblies for pre evo7. But hopefully some one can help.

Only newer versions of EvoScan work with H8(Evo5-6.5) MapTracer.

Think version 2.7.0031 and above work.

Any of the Loads will work, but "ECULoad" maxes out at 160 (about 9 psi).

You will need to add a 2Byte Load.

For 22580007 the addresses for 2Byte Load is F196 and F197.

In MUT Table change MUT00 to F196 and MUT01 to F197.

Then log "Load MUT 2Byte Mod" in EvoScan.

2Byte Load has no upper limit.

http://geekmapped.com/ is a good forum to check out, they specialized in older Evo ecus.
And you may want to switch to a rom with more support.

1byte will work too
in evoscan right click on load1byte and click edit data item
where it says Log reference: Load1b change it to Loadcalc
now when you do a log of 1 byte map tracer will find it by looking for loadcalc which you just called

or do the same with 2byte if your logging that
