COLD Start rpm

I have tried searching and gone through the xmls i have for 96530006 and am unable to find if there is a table for engine rpm based on water temp.

basically my cold starts are really bad on SD (cuz this rom is not really for my car). the car starts and then bumps to 1800rpm.... then quickly drops to 1k. this causes it to run quite badly sometimes even stalling.

i have done a lot of things like fix those tables with ignition holes etc, but it didnt help much. now i am back to a standard 9653 V7 rom and have the 2K start but it dies under slight power. so i either have low rpm cold start and i need to pump the accelerator a few times after cranking to get it to run. or have 2k rpm startup but the car stalls if i want to drive when its cold.

anyway after talking to someone who has tuned maf-less cars, he said there should be a table based on engine temp, which u can bump up the rpm at colder temps. so say instead of 1500rpm at 20* water temp we bump it to 2000rpm. I swear i saw a similar table once on my 96260009 defs. but cant find it anymore as i have a different laptop and upgraded to a new ecuflash. can anyone help.

btw i do run about 12ish AFR during startup. i have bumped down the startup latency. I have FIC1050s

Adjust the IDLE tables to do RPM vs. Coolant Temp, here is a snapshot.
