True, but when they try to claim their product is better because it has so and so features...blah blah blah, it gets annoying.

I don't see a need for Cobb AP anymore on the X and personally I think they should just accept its over, just like the 8/9.

 

Any projection on when this will be available for the 2010 MR's? It looks like there are going to be even more SST cars in the us with the release of the 2011 usdm gsr/rs. As if you didn't have enough to do....

 

None of my old JDM xmls work either, as soon as I load a ROM file, it just crashes.

 

When I load up 52680122 it works fine.

But then when I upgraded from 3000 to 3150 I just copied my old "evo" xml directory straight over...

 

I myself would love to see more development in the MR dept. I'd also love to donate funds to aid in development and or speed up this market for us. Why don't we put up a Paypal fund up to donate 50-100-200-300 to give some motivation at cracking this tcu. I'd love to launch with more power and be able to not worry about how to tune my mr to a fp red or ATP gt35r. All mr owners that are interested including myself would donate who are the key players I thought it was tephra and some dude gonzo. Where do I send the bucks cmon rock and roll the mr

 

I've been testing / using TephraMOD on my 2010 RA SST for months now.

So if you lavish Tephra with paypal emails I'm sure it will at least help start the process.

Ok I agree I wonder if the mr guys started a campaign thread to rally up funds I am really interested in getting the mr in omfg territory. I noticed he has s donation sig with email. Since I am new to the forum i've actually been reading for months. I wonder if tephra is just busy with other projects and can't put fourth time. In my industry money talks and can help motivate

 

Didn't have to spell it out. I tried copy/past entire rometadata contents from the backup I made prior to upgrade. Still locks only on TephraXMOD V1.

I am in full agreement on people donating money to the people who are making these definitions available to us, without us having to learn for ourselves how to disassemble ecu's, find tables by trial and error, or whatever. Particularily for MR's. There just are not enough of them out there that are being modded to make it a priority for guys like tephra, gunzo, golden, or whoever else to make it worth their time without encouragement.

So show your appreciation to these guys and send them random "encouragements" via paypal.

 

People I need help, I used the open source 08 mr program and I am having trouble finding the info where I can adjust the TCU for my torrque issues. I am on stock turbo with basic mods and my tcu is opening the clutch packs. In 93 it is doing it a little, but e85 is doing it alot. I have seen 400 tq to the wheels so I know there is a area to adjust it. It is really annoying and I want my car to run right.

 

 

Bryan says he has been testing the tephramod V1 for the 2010 RA "for months now"... as soon as it is made available for download my donation will be winging it's way to tephra via paypal.....
