The 2009 EDM rom is indeed the 53040010... so i'm assuming Tephra V1 for 2008 EDM should work right??
Another question, how does alt map works on cruise control mode (ie: how do you switch maps? and how come the cruise control still works?)
Another thing, does it have the mod23 already enabled (as it doesn't show in the xml) ? and what about the other dtc codes that has their timers set to ffff?
PS: can switch maps with the cruise control while driving the car or does it have to be like with the throttle?
Tks in advance

What about alt maps for MIVEC?
How do you handle different MIVEC maps for different tunes? My 91 and 93 octane have different MIVEC maps. I don't see anywhere to make this change in the alt maps. Am i missing something?
Two different tuners. Both made changes from the base USDM config. Mitsu has different MIVEC maps for different markets. Look for yourself. JDM is more aggressive than USDM.
I know that... I think you will find that most tuners, including myself, have 1 or 2 MIVEC maps they generally use depending on setup. Mine do not change for fuel, they change for setup. Seems like it would be either someone overlooked the map, or you are reading too much into the MIVEC differences.

But most tuners, including yourself apparantly, do adjust the MIVEC. So think of it this way. If someone wants to run the OEM maps and tuned maps as their Alt they can't. Or if as im my case I had two different tuners, both of which changed the OEM MIVEC, I can't. I have to believe the guys running E85 are going to want different MIVEC maps than regular pump gas.
Now that I've given examples of where Alt MIVEC would be helpful can I get an answer to the question?
Hehe, I noticed the embed of my Youtube video a few pages back showing the map switching on the GTR I've developed for Cobb linked by Bryan. Glad you guys like it, it is nicer than watching flashing lights. I only do the GTR, no Evos, so don't worry I'm not harvesting this thread for info
