I installed a turbo kit and I used Speed Density.
There is a problem in fifth gear. When the turbo is over ~0,5 Bar for 3-5 seconds the injectors duty go to 0% (cut off) and obviously the engine has not response. After 3-5 seconds the injectors return to normal function.
I installed this injectors before the SD and there was no problems.
I think that the ECU go in safe mode.
What do you suggest?

Are you hitting higher loads now on SD and hitting fuel cut?

 

No fuel cut because "Boost Cut Delay" is 10000 mSec.
I used 88570008 original SD by John.
I don't understand what cause this problem. Yesterday I went in Mugello (Italy) circuit and all driven parts are ok (3th and 4th gear), but when I stay on the straight there comes out this problem.

 

Do you have the patches installed that remove the load limit in place? I think I remember reading that you have to remove those and put it back to stock when running SD, since there is inherently no load limit in place.

If you keep the patch in place, I think fueling stops at that load, which I think was around 380 or so.

 

I’m going to check the load on EVOScan and I’ll tell you if the limit is over 380.
I’m using the John’s map so I think that this limit is cancelled.
I'm running at ~1,25 Bar...

Could you post the map and xml? I've got a IX on the dyno today and could have a look at it
