Well, another set of questions... I'm a bit confused.

In the log attached, You would see a few second of idling after reflashing

I've set high and low fuel maps to 15.7 in the 30-70 load range and 1000-2250 rpm range.
Before 30 load, it's still 14.7 AFR (as you should see in AFR map log)

My question is simple : How can STFT be 25% (when 14.7 AFR is dialed), and then decrement to 5.19 % (when 15.7 AFR is dialed) although the 02 feedback is 0 V and doesn't move ???

Sounds like an injector scaling and latency issue.

I've copied / pasted data from the stock evo VI rom.
I use the stock 560 cc injectors, stock fuel pressure.

I really think the 02 sensor is possibly dead, what code would this throw ? (P0130 to P0135 I assume ?)

It is very possible that the o2 is dead.

This has to a some sort of ROM issue, I have 3 cars that have TephraV7 sd tunes that came up with this code after tunes. It doesnt come on when in open loop, but I do get a primary o2 circuit code. I have put a new o2 in one of them with no change.

Do you manage to run the cars on closed loop mode or not ?
I'll give a try with 94170715 as suggested by Appauldd and see what I get.
I'll try to wire my WB narrowband output in place of the front O2 and see what I can log.

I'm quite sceptical about what I'm getting when logging the 02 sensor voltage output

I suppose that you run on 94170715 rom ?
Can you please show me your periphery bit configuration ? I just want to have all EGR-related stuff and rear 02 sensor stuff correctly disabled, as my car doesn't have it from factory.
I'd like to be sure that my periphery bit config is right.

Thanks

You run the periphery combo for the spefic rom, not for the specific car.
