Having trouble with my Evoscan log folder...

...Trouble such as it won't show me any current logs for some reason. I've been using Evoscan for about 2 years now and it only shows logs in the folder up until January of 2010, nothing beyond that. Any idea why this is? When I search for the file in windows it says it doesn't exist, but yet I can open the file and view it as a log graph in Evoscan just fine. It's really starting to get on my nerves because I have some issues I'm trying to diagnose right now and I can't find the log files.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the program, but it doesn't change at all. It's the older Evoscan 2.5, any suggestions as to what I should do? I still have my activation key in case a total delete is necessary, but having access to the program to re-download it could possibly be a problem since I can't find a download site anymore.

I actually just installed evoscan for the first time ever about a month ago and I logged my car for the first time ever yesterday or the day before and its doing the same thing to me and its only showing the "sample logs" in the log folder and I'm on the latest version 2.7 as well

I already set my data log folder as well and it still won't send them there and I haven't been able to figure it out

Yeah it's really starting to irk me especially since I want to try out Virtual Dyno and see what it says I'm putting down as I change my tune.

it does the same thing to me. What i do is I open up the graph file and hit the "send to" option and it sends it there no problem. Pretty ghetto but its the only i've found out how to do it.

Yeah I have Vista. I'll have to try that "send to" trick, but I'd really just like to have full access to the file.

I had this problem with windows 7. The program files folder only allows windows based programs that come with the OS. There is a diff. folder for programs that are downloaded, labeled program files (x86). Within there should be evoscan, then saved data logs, there in there. At least that was my problem, I just made a shortcut to the correct file on the desktop. Hope that helps, good luck.
