Hi,

Am having problems with my cable(I think). Basically most of the time when plugging my cable into the OBD connector and then to the USB port the AYC lights on my dash(all three) flash several times(I have counted them I have seend it flash 4, 5, 14 and 16 times) and sometimes the ABS light also flashes. This happens regardless of the order I plug the cables in and whether or not the ignition state. i.e. If it's all off it will happen when I turn it to on.

Once it has gone through this, EcuFlash tells me there is no vehicle interface.

Every now and again it works. In the working case the top(tarmac) AYC light does 3 double flashes and all works fine, but can then fail at any random point and I get the AYC/ABS flashing lights.

Anyone any ideas what is wrong?

go back to using ecuflash 1.29a. should fix it..

Basically colby wrote out all of our old cables.. We should all get to gather and i have a friend whos about to finish law school and threaten a class action.... He can re serial them but wont now.. its really bull**** he forced us to buy new cables there was nothing telling is from the start our old cables would be worked out..


I use 1.41 to mod v7 save then 1.29a to flash.
