Mine reads close to 18 on cold starts and settles down to 14.7ish after warm. Looks like you are on the right track. You might be due for a tune or maybe just a touch up tune now that the problem is fixed

Yes, I agree but now I have another problem... one of the bolts just snapped on the o2 housing to the downpipe, ugh, now its reading 21:1 again...now I have to drill it out or get a new o2 housing which I should though.

No need to get a new housing unless you really want a new one. Which bolt did you break?

replace the bolt so the readings will go back to where it should be. Do you have a flex pipe in the downpipe somewhere?

There is a flex section forward of the tc...

And from looking at the front of the car the left bolt snapped

Just bolted up a hfc 3" now no leaks on the exhaust... Re seated everythin with rtv and the downpipe to o2 as well... Afrs are 14.7 consistently now at idle!!
