Like what do u do if you flash your car with a crap map that doesnt make ur car start however ur battery now looses voltage so it wont flash another map.! dilemma ?? I think so!

Its not the cable, well I dont think it is. I just got the car to idle at 1400rpm for 7min, the log showed 2 spikes within the first 30sec then a normal looking log for the rest of the 7min. Same cable, same evoscan, differnt rom.

 

I have seen over 36 counts of knock on only one car. It had to do with a some erratic programming conditions at idle and the car was about to stall. I'll post the log just to show. Make sure both sides of the open loop control are either open loop or closed loop, not half way in between. The car will do some really weird stuff sometimes when that happens.
