i suppose not the best place to put this type of question... maybe someone can help me seeing soo many ppl use ecuflash here. i have come accross a strange issue and i will explain.

i am running win7 64bit on my laptop. i had installed ecuflash 1.433150beta on it. now back to 1.42xx. i wanted to make some changes to the 96260709.xml file so i opened it in notepad. made the changes then saved it, after a little prompting via win7.

opened ecuflash and the settings are not there, its still the old xml file. so i tried it again. finally giving up and uninstalled ecuflash. deleted the folder rebooted and reinstalled 1.42xx. didnt copy of my custom definations in.... but strangly it can open the 96260709 file. and is still the unedited version. i cannot open any other Tephra V7 roms....

now scratching my head.... maybe its picking up the xml from somewhere else..... but where??
