reccommended stationary rev limit?

reccommended stationary rev limit?

Going to try to raise my stat. rev limit up a little to get a better launch should i just leave it at factory settings or does anyone know a good spot to start around? Thanks

normally people set it at 5 - 5.5K. it will depend on your mods and clutch. i was set to 5.5k but recently raised it to 5900rpm. are you leaving the boost alone?

Start with it at the original setting and do some testing.
Hold it on the limiter for 4-5 cuts and let rip, if it bogs then raise it 500rpm at a time until it induces slight wheelspin on launch.

From: Way ahead...
I had it at 5800 on street tires... Would usually spin a bit when launching. (~360whp IX)
