What is your goal?
Launches? No lift shifting? Both?

why not just set it up so sw is always on and disables over a vss...

no wiring, no clutch switch.

I've been using this setup on my car and other aem cars with no issues...

Go into sensors, rev limiters, 2step rev limiter, 2step rev limiter wizard, and then click on level 2 or higher. I have mine on level 2.

Then go back into sensors, rev limiters, 2step rev limiter, and then options for the 2step rev limiter. Make sure the 2step input is set to "switch is always on." Set the.....

2step fuel cut to: 5900
2step ignition cut to: 5600
2step ok below VSS(vehicle speed sensor): whatever you want. I have mine at 4mph.
2step retard rev set to: 5400

This is a good starting point. LOL. If you set yours exactly like mine, be warned!...this is what I like and you asked for a suggestion so I gave you one. There's a lot of backfiring, popping and possibly some flames and 18+psi off the launch! Now go test it out!

If you don't like it, you can decrease the fuel and ignition cut RPMs until you get something you like (I would recommend decreasing by 50rpms until you like it). I kept the ignition and fuel cut RPMs 300 apart just because the AEM base map came with a 2step that was 300rpms apart. Experiment!

^^^This is super over kill. No reason to set up anti lag on stock turbo. How many axles have you snapped???

set the 2step fuelcut to 12800
set the 2step ignition cut to what ever RPM you launch at. 5k or 5.5k usually depending on traction
set the VSS to 5mph
and 2step retard rev at 12800.
If you want mad tyte fireballs set the 2step retard rev 10rpm MORE then your ignition cut.

Thanks for the advice ..I tried it on my car and the car is just like a rally car but i tried taking off and the car would bog down really hard....then i tried to take
6200---fuel
6050---ing
and retard at 5900 and it was better but still i am looking to be able to take off like a bat out of hell.....I really will keep you guys in touch to tell you my experiment...Because what i see is that we need to give more ideas so we can figure out the aem ems on our cars by ourselfes...I am tuning it bymeslf and i love it...

If you want to take off really fast you just need to set IGN retard to 5500rpm and fuelcut + igncut let very high (over 7000). You will not see any flames, no bang bang, but my car lift off with 1,8Bar from stand.

what size turbo do you have? stock? i have mine to just fuel cut.

fuel cut=6400
ign cut=10000
rev retard=6300
if you want more boost on the 2 step just lower you rev retard 50rpm at a time until you reach the boost you want or until it takes off "like a batt out of hell"

i was getting 1.69 60fts with this on the stock turbo and nitto 555's.

i hear people dont like the fuel cut but i did mine like this for 60,000 miles and never a single problem. i just took my motor apart to build a 2.3 and the internals look perfect.
