I Need to know how to scale Omnipower 4 bar in Kpa

Hey guys,

I have looked and just cant seem to find out how to make the omnipower 4 bar map read Kpa in evoscan. I'm sure I have missed it somewhere along the lines, but It would be great if someone could point me in the right direction!

Thanks in advance!
Ben

change the formula to 1.667*x-43.75 for KPA instead of PSI.

OK, so I did this and it is off a bit. Is it maybe due to me being in a higher elevation?

Thanks in advance,
Ben

How is it off?

Are you checking this against your barometer?

With key on engine off its reading about 53.x kpa and I figured it would be closer to 100. Maybe I'm just thinking of it wrong.

Thanks in advance,
Ben

That is pretty far off.

Pulled up my scaling chart and I realize that the equation posted is way off..

Try this.

KPA = 1.5686 * x

You could just add a column to your log in Excel and convert from the unit you logged to the other one you want.

I just click both KPA and PSI options in the Evoscan listing. Evoscan doesn't care how many displays it outputs off a single MUT request.

I've got KPA and PSI off a single MAP sensor on my car, works great.
