Bouncy idle with AC

Hey everyone, been having this issue for over a year now. I cannot figure out why my idle starts bouncing with clutched pressed in and AC on.

I adjusted the BISS screw with Evo Scan correctly, no boost leaks. Not sure what else to do.

Car is an Evo IX with all bolt-ons and gs1 cams an SD.

Is there something else I can adjust in the ROM to get my idle back to normal with the AC?

Increase steps in ecuflash.

I'm having issues as well, except when I turn on my AC the rpms drop down to 400-500rpm. With the ac off it idles right around 1k. Im sure the setting we are looking for is under "idle" "target idle RPM with AC on #1 and #2. I would like to know what the difference is and recommended increments to adjust it. Hope we solve our issues.

my car had a low idle and even lower with ac on since i bought it.

i upped my target idle, and ac idle 1/2 all to 900 and it is MUCH happier.

My car idles at 1000 rpm. Still bounces with ac on.

Bump for some help.

What kind of plug wires are you running?

When did you change them out last?

I had the same problem on/off for a couple years, had Works adjust my flash every time...and then I did a tune up this Spring and put new OE plugs in and I took my old Ralliart wires out that had around 60k miles on them, bought a new set of factory OE plug wires and put the factory plug wires in and everything is just fine. I was mucking around with all of the settings that have been mentioned here and in other threads.

Try a new set of wires, disconnect the battery and let the ECU relearn and see what happens after 100-200 miles of driving.

Desired ISCV intial step position with AC on-Neutral - increase this, adjust until you will be happy. Also increase revs at iddle

Tried it in the past, and again yesterday. No difference what so ever. Went even 35 steps up on the ISCV intial step position with AC on-Neutral , made no difference.

It happens when I'm coasting to a stop. I will be driving, let's say 30 mph, put the car into neutral and the rpm will start bouncing between 500rpm to 1400 rpm untill I come to a stop and then everyhting is fine again.

My idle is set at 1k. The BISS via evoscan is also set to 1k. Idle with AC on is set to 1.4K. All these changed made no difference what so ever....

Run new plugs with Spoolin COP kit.
