How to get car to start on new pcm, without immobilizer code?

Long story short, the car I bought came AEM, and we switched it over back to stock PCM, MAF controlled. The car didn't come with the stock PCM though, so we just used one that was laying around the shop. The problem is, that car's immobilizer code is not known, since it didn't come with the stock PCM, or the stock immobilizer code written down.

What steps should I take next, to get the car to start up? Is it as easy as going into EcuFlash, and changing the hex code to disable the immobilizer, or will I need to have a dealer flash it?

Thanks!

That worked. We changed the FAA perif bit form 1 - 0 for bit 3, and it fired right up. Car sounds sick with 280/280 cams on the stock pcm
