Hi everyone, I 'm trying to connect my Tactrix 2.0 cable to Ralliart 2011 and I have Evoscan version 2.6 But I could not get it works. and a message " Openport2 USB Cable not responding, Unplug your USB cable from PC and re plug this in and retry" is pop up all the time. In the other hand I can use it with ECUflash ( 1.43 version) I can read and write to ECU But I can not logging with Evoscan It keeps said message above I do not know what to do next.

my questions is

1. Does evoscan 2.6 support Tactrix cable 2.0 ?
2. Do I need to update to 2.8 version to use with Tactrix 2.0 ?
3. are there any special processing how to use tactrix 2.0 ? ( Basically I just plug in the OBD II port and connect it to laptop)
4. anything wrong with my Cable ?

ANY recommend or suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

 

also have this issue pretty often
but in my case replugging usb or restarting evoscan sorts the problem

You need to use Evoscan 2.7 final or 2.8 beta 005

This supports the new OP2 drivers you have installed by using Ecuflash 1.43 beta (can not be rolled back)
