Permanent Wideband O2 Sensor
#20
Doesnt MrFreds patch allow this? Wire up WBO output to rear o2, and then his patch simulates narrow band output to the ecu from the wideband and you disconnect the front O2 and can now log whatever you want off the narrow band input pin.

Unfortunately, according to the AEM website UEGO has no simulated NBO2 output. If you don't like going for another WBO2 with all the options, I can only suggest two ways:
1) MrFred's patch if it is available for your car - preferred choice
2) going full-time open loop, when your car's ECU simply doesn't care about the O2 sensor - inferior choice
Also you may consider selling the UEGO and buying Zt-3 or whatever WBO2 that supports NBO2 simulation. This way the costs associated would be minimal.
