Innovative Wideband o2 in replacement of STOCK

Just bought the innovative wideband o2 LC1, and was reading the manual and saw that you can use the Wideband o2 sensor in place of the stock using one of the analog output as a signal into the EFI. anyone done this?

Seems like it would be easier and cheaper instead of making a new bung.
I would like to know too since I will be buying one soon.

It can be done. You use the analog output one to send the signal to your ecu. You will have to mount the existing o2 sensor somewhere tho because the ecu checks to see if the heater circuit on the o2 sensor is working. So might as well get a new bung installed. About two feet upstream from the pre cat o2 sensor is a nice place as you can run the sensor thru the existing grommet under the car.

I would just get a bung welded into the down pipe to be honest. Why exactly did you want to make it put out the stock style signal?

Ok so I'm guessing you want to remove the second O2 that goes into the cat, and remove the cat...
